YS Falls was established in 1992. It is a natural attraction that allows visitors to enjoy the splendour of the waterfalls while being surrounded by beautiful gardens and magnificent trees.
There are seven waterfalls on the property, with many cascading into natural pools. River shoes are advised in some regions because the terrain is rocky.
Floyd's Pelican Bar, near Parottee Bay on Jamaica's south coast, has to be one of the most distinctive places to dine and drink in the entire world — hands down the best bar in the Caribbean!

Tour Plan
YS Falls
YS Falls is an operating cattle and horse farm on the YS Estate, which is nestled in a quiet valley on the less-traveled south coast. This natural attraction, nestled deep in the hills, features stunning 7-tiered cascading waterfalls and an immense wading pool fed by underground springs. Dive into the cool mineral pools or relax in the pleasant waters.
During a lovely journey around the south coast countryside, take in the beauty of Jamaica's sceneries. Explore some of Jamaica's most beautiful waterfalls.
Splashing, high diving, and rope swinging like Tarzan are all fun ways to spend your time.
The Pelican Bar
Floyd's Pelican Bar is a popular hangout for local fishermen after a long day of fishing. This pub, built on a shoal almost a kilometre out to sea, is the ideal spot for a cold beer, a seafood feast, snorkelling, or simply taking in the breathtaking panoramic view. Along the route, you'll pass by beachfront villas, guesthouses, and kilometres of sun-drenched beaches.
The name "Pelican Bar" comes from a flock of pelicans that are always perched on the rocky sandbar next to the bar. Floyd and his fellow fisherman mates frequented the bar in the beginning.
It didn't take long, though, for more than just the fishermen to want to get a beer there. Floyd is still fishing and serving beer out here 16 years later.
