Overview
Set sail on a catamaran cruise along Ocho Rios' coastline. Before climbing the world-famous Dunn's River Falls, stop to snorkel and bathe in the balmy Caribbean waters.
As your captain takes you out of Crystal Cove, step onboard the 65-foot (20-m) long catamaran and pick a seat to lounge and relax on her large decks. Jump into the warm water at your first stop to snorkel the reefs below or swim around and cool off.
You'll then sail to the beautiful beach where Dunn's River Falls meets the sea. With your guide, climb 600 feet (183 metres) up the natural cascading waterfall, posing for once-in-a-lifetime photos along the way. Take a nature walk down the mountainside once you've reached the summit, soaking in the beauty and fauna of the surrounding Jamaican jungle.
As you approach the pier, the party on board the catamaran has begun, complete with flowing rum drinks and reggae music.

Catamaran Cruise
On your next Jamaican vacation or cruise ship layover, spend a few hours resting, sunning, and listening to reggae on a booze cruise while admiring the coastline beauty. The skyline and aquatic environment of Jamaica, dubbed the "Land of Wood and Water," have a lot to offer.
In Jamaica, catamaran tours provide comfortable outdoor and indoor seats, restrooms, snorkelling equipment, and a well-trained, enthusiastic crew. Cruises can be done in private with family and friends or with other holidaymakers, and they can be done during the day or at sunset. Booze cruises on Jamaican party boats are also a terrific chance to learn new dance steps and immerse yourself in the island's musical culture.
Dunn's River Falls
Dunn's River Falls is a national treasure of Jamaica. It is as well-known and stimulating over the world as reggae. Few locales are more fitting for the Arawak appellation "Xayamaca," which means "country of rivers and springs." The location was named "Las Chorreras" by the Spaniards, which means "the waterfalls or springs," and it is definitely one of the most beautiful places on the island. Dunn's River Falls is a one-of-a-kind waterfall located just outside of Ocho Rios, one of Jamaica's fastest-growing tourist towns. It is described as a living and growing phenomena because it regenerates itself from travertine rock deposits formed by calcium carbonate precipitation from the river as it runs over the falls. Thermal spring activity in limestone caves is generally linked with small dome-shaped cataracts.
